1. About these terms
These terms cover coregrowth.ai and its public pages. CoreGrowth is the website brand. The legal operator’s full name, company number, registered office and contact details must be confirmed before this draft is adopted. The consulting proposal names CorePilot Ltd; that does not by itself establish the website operator.
By using the website you are asked to comply with these terms to the extent they are validly incorporated and enforceable. Visiting a public page does not, by itself, create a signed contract, a purchase, a data processing agreement or a binding non-disclosure agreement. If you do not accept the proposed conditions of use, stop using the site.
2. Permitted use
You may view public content and share links for legitimate business evaluation. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, disrupt service, impersonate others or submit unlawful material.
Do not scrape, systematically extract, republish or commercially exploit protected content, or use it to train AI models, without written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it. No rights to our software, methods, agent configurations or branding are granted by visiting the site.
3. Intellectual property
Website text, branding, diagrams, software and proprietary methodologies belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Any permitted internal evaluation copies must preserve ownership notices. Third-party marks, including HubSpot, remain the property of their owners; references do not imply endorsement.
4. Confidentiality and non-disclosure
We request that visitors respect the confidentiality of non-public CoreGrowth information. Publicly accessible website copy is not automatically confidential simply because these terms call it confidential. We do not claim that merely visiting this website creates an enforceable NDA.
Before non-public demonstrations, technical documentation, commercial proposals, model configurations or client materials are disclosed, a separate NDA or an express confidentiality agreement should be accepted by authorised representatives. Confidential access must not be treated as authorised solely because someone has visited this website.
The intended mutual confidentiality terms are: use protected information only to evaluate or deliver the agreed engagement; do not disclose it except to personnel and professional advisers who need it and are bound by confidentiality duties; protect it with reasonable care; and return or securely delete it on request, subject to legal retention and protected backups.
Protected information excludes material already lawfully known, independently developed, lawfully obtained without a confidentiality duty, or public other than through a breach. Legally required disclosure is permitted, with prior notice where lawful and disclosure limited to what is required. The proposed duty lasts three years from disclosure, with trade secrets protected while they remain trade secrets. These intended obligations require express agreement; an existing signed NDA takes precedence.
5. Website information and AI outputs
Public materials are general information, not investment, legal, tax or other regulated professional advice, and are not a binding offer. Features, availability and service scope are governed by the agreed contract. Growth, revenue, valuation, fundraising and exit outcomes are not guaranteed.
AI-generated insights may contain errors or omissions. People must independently review recommendations, validate supporting data and approve actions before execution. The website does not authorise access to a HubSpot portal or any write-back activity.
6. Data, submissions and external services
The Privacy & Data Use page explains the information collected through enquiries and support requests. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, special-category personal data or third-party confidential information through public forms. Submit only information you are authorised to share.
Links and integrations involving third-party services are subject to those providers’ terms. Their content, availability and security are not controlled by us. Client CRM access and processing require separately agreed permissions and a data processing agreement where applicable.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep information current and the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free information or security against every threat. We may update, restrict or withdraw website content where reasonably necessary.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for business losses arising solely from reliance on general website information. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Paid services are governed by the separately agreed consulting terms and statement of work.
8. Changes and governing law
Future versions will be dated on this page. Updates do not retrospectively change a signed agreement or an accepted confidentiality obligation. Material contractual changes require the agreement appropriate to that contract.
The proposed governing law is the law of England and Wales, with its courts having jurisdiction subject to mandatory rights and applicable law. This must be confirmed with the legal operator before adoption.
