Help & Support

Support for your CoreSuite HS deployment.

Everything you need to get the most from CoreSuite HS — product documentation, setup guidance, answers to common questions and a direct line to the CoreGrowth team.

01 / Getting started

Onboarding

Three steps to a governed intelligence layer

01

Connect your HubSpot portal

CoreSuite HS is installed into your HubSpot portal by the CoreGrowth team. Once connected, the platform begins reading live CRM evidence — no data migration and no parallel reporting stack.

02

Define your North Star

We work with your leadership team to capture mission, three-year vision, ideal customer profile, competitive context and valuation targets as the strategy blocks every recommendation is tested against.

03

Tune your Executive Swarm

Specialist C-suite agents are configured to complement or constructively challenge your incumbent leadership team. Profiles can be adjusted, added or switched off at any time.

01Installing CoreSuite HS in your HubSpot portal

CoreSuite HS is installed by the CoreGrowth team as part of onboarding. You do not need to install anything yourself or change how your teams work in HubSpot.

To prepare for installation, make sure you can nominate a HubSpot super admin who can approve the connection, and confirm which pipelines, teams and properties the platform should read.

Once connected, CoreSuite HS begins reading live CRM evidence immediately. Historical data is included, so diagnostics are meaningful from the first session.

02Setting up your North Star strategy blocks

North Star strategy blocks anchor every recommendation to your stated direction. They are captured during onboarding with your leadership team.

The blocks cover your mission, three-year vision, ideal customer profile, competitive landscape and valuation targets.

Keep them current. When strategy changes — a new market, a revised target, a fundraise on the horizon — update the blocks and every subsequent recommendation is tested against the revised direction.

03Configuring the Executive Swarm

The Executive Swarm is a configurable digital leadership team of specialist C-suite agents. Each agent has a profile covering experience, structure, creativity and aggressiveness.

Agents can be added, created, tuned or switched off at any time. Profiles are typically calibrated to complement — or constructively challenge — the incumbent C-suite.

Changes to the swarm take effect from the next analysis cycle; in-flight recommendations are unaffected.

04Reviewing and approving recommended actions

Every AI-proposed action is presented to nominated leadership users for review. Nothing is executed without explicit human approval.

Approved actions are written back into HubSpot as trackable tasks with named owners and expected KPI impact, so delivery is visible in the tools your teams already use.

A full audit trail records what was proposed, what was approved, by whom and when — suitable for board, investor and due-diligence review.

05Data, security and tenant isolation

Each customer operates in a strictly isolated tenant. Your data is never shared across customers and never leaves your governed environment.

Your CRM data is never used to train models. Analysis happens against your evidence, inside your tenant.

Access to the platform follows your nominated user list. Contact support to add or remove users.

06Troubleshooting common issues

Recommendations look out of date — check that your HubSpot connection is healthy and that recent CRM activity has had time to be analysed. New evidence is incorporated on a rolling basis.

A recommendation does not fit current priorities — review your North Star strategy blocks first; out-of-date blocks are the most common cause.

A task has not appeared in HubSpot — confirm the action was approved. Only human-approved actions are written back.

03 / FAQ

Common questions

Answers for leadership and operations teams

01

Does CoreSuite HS change how my team uses HubSpot?

No. CoreSuite HS operates natively inside HubSpot on live data. Your teams continue working in the environment they already use — there is no new system to adopt and no duplicate entry.

02

Who sees the recommendations the platform produces?

Recommendations are presented to your nominated leadership users. Every AI-proposed action requires human review and approval before anything is executed or written back into HubSpot.

03

How is our data protected?

Each customer operates in a strictly isolated tenant. Your data is never used to train models, never shared across customers and never leaves your governed environment.

04

Can the platform adapt as our strategy changes?

Yes. Strategy blocks, agent profiles and growth-phase priorities can be updated at any time, and every subsequent recommendation is tested against the revised direction.

05

How quickly do you respond to support enquiries?

We respond to all support enquiries within one working day.
